Think of the words ‘detox’ and ‘cleanse’. Don’t they make you feel miserable just by hearing them? Aren’t you already thinking about having to spend a week drinking nothing but green sludge for every meal?

We are here to tell you that you don’t need to take such extreme action. The human body is designed to detox on its own. And all you have to do is add a few foods to your diet to help it along the way.

  6. Citrus Fruits: If cleansing is the game, Vitamin C is the master. It helps breaks toxins in the body into digestible materials that can be easily flushed out.
