Get togethers are super fun, and even more so when it’s a potluck. Everybody comes over with a different kind of food adding a whole lot of flavour and fun to the table! The next time you’re invited to a potluck dinner, we suggest you do something a little different to give the evening a yummy twist of health. Here are four ways to include Kale Crisps in your food. The fun in is adapting them to your taste and style of cooking!

Two Crisps & Two Dips
For a lovely pre-dinner munch, bust out these two healthy dips that will go splendidly with the Cheese & Onion and the Sea Salt Vinegar Kale Crisps. For the first dip, take some fat free greek yogurt, mix it with lemon juice and touch of salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little lemon zest on top to garnish. For the second, spicier dip, roughly chop onions, tomatoes and jalapenos (how much depends on your spice tolerance!) and blend them until you achieve a chunky salsa consistency.

Caesar With a Twist of Kale
You can almost never go wrong with a Caesar salad. Put together lettuce, roquette leaves with bits of chicken and cheese. Add a fat free vinaigrette dressing instead of mayonnaise. You can whip up this classic in any way you like! Finally, instead of adding bread bits, throw in the Cheese & Onion Kale Crisps for that much needed crunch and extra cheesy-ness. Guaranteed to be a hit!

A Soupy Indulgence
Yet another way to use the Kale Crisps as an added crunch is with soups. Our personal favourite is a generous heaping of Sea Salt Vinegar Kale Crisps over the tanginess of a warm tomato soup. Try your own mix and match to see what works best!

Kale Crisp Chicken Delight
Grill chicken breasts with your favourite herbs and a touch of lemon. This will be the centerpiece of your dish. Along with this, mix the Kale Crisps with cooked quinoa for a truly wholesome main dish.

We can’t get enough of the kale Crisps and hope you fall in love with them too!
