DAILY DOSE TRAIL MIX CHOCOLATE BALLS
Are you a chocolate lover? If yes, this one's for you. Indulge in a chocolatey affair this weekend with our Daily Dose Trail Mix Chocolate Balls. They are super yummy & utterly delicious.
INGREDIENTS -
- 2 cups of The Green Snack Co. Daily Dose Trail Mix
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup honey
- Extra chocolate chips, melted, for garnish
RECIPE -
- Combine the trail mix and oats in a food processor. But, don’t over-process.
- Add this mixture to a bowl and add butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Mix it until a sticky dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix again.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Let them freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Dip them in melted chocolate.
- Freeze them again for 20 minutes.
